The adjustment gauge for the Eder peeling unit allows accurate adjustment of the peeling knives. It is inserted into the stationary peeling unit in the direction of the arrow. Markings on the gauge indicate whether the knife should be pushed further in or out. At optimum adjustment, the cutting edge touches the zero mark.
