Gardena Small Hand axe type 1000A - 45 cm 1000 Gram

Small universal axe: ideal for chopping wood or splitting resinous wood.

The GARDENA 1000A Universal Hand Axe is made for smaller jobs around wood (pruning, felling, splitting). The specially coated axe head converts the energy into stroke energy rather than friction. The stainless steel impact guard protects the handle for a long life.

The specially coated axe head converts energy into blows rather than friction. Ergonomically shaped handle with soft grip for a comfortable and secure hold. The balance point is close to the axe and gives a perfect balance and weight distribution. The PA handle (glass fibre reinforced polyamide) makes the axe durable and robust. Hammer function for easy and effective striking of wedges (no steel wedges).
