This saw chain 73RD is a Ripping/Long Timber chain only suitable for scoring or longitudinal sawing. Safety drive link for reduced kickback. The sharpening angle (10º) of this so-called ripping chain differs from the normal saw chain so that the chipping of grain-cutting wood will go well.
