Müller Twisted Steel Splitting Wedge with replaceable Plastic Insert

Suitable for splitting logs. You do this with the back of a splitting hammer, a fist or with a front hammer.

The wedge is rotated / twisted 45 ° and that gives a particularly high splitting action.
Due to its plastic insert this is a durable product because you do not break the steel and only the plastic insert.

*Do not use a normal axe as a wedge or sledgehammer. They are not made for that purpose and may therefore be damaged. Only the splitting hammer is made to hit a wedge.

Bear in mind that there is always a risk associated with hitting steel: a steel shard can come loose and damage an eye, for example. Use safety goggles and suitable work clothing.

Make sure that the sides of the wedge and head are always held at an angle.
