The traditional batteries are no longer available for the models up to Year 2019 week 14, but luckily there is an alternative!

Husqvarna is now offering the battery with a free conversion kit so you can enjoy the latest type of battery in your mower!

What exactly does this kit include?

• Adapter cable 591203601

Set can be easily converted. No software update required for older Husqvarna Automowers.

This kit fits all models below until serial number 191304274:

Automower® 430x
Automower® 440
Automower® 450x

When you need to rebuild your 440 450x or 550 you will need 2 of these kits, this means you will have one too many, but this one will be used as a spare or you can throw it away.

Which old batteries are no longer available?

Battery original 18V 5,2Ah for 430x 440x 550 - 1pcs (589585701)

The Original battery has been specially adapted to minimise interference with the loop sensors and has additional overcharging protection. Only the original Husqvarna Group battery should be used.
