Silky stick saw Longboy 3600

The unique feature of the Silky Longboy is that the saw blade can be folded, which means that the total length of the telescopic saw in the retracted position is only 1 metre 45 and, for example, is very easy to carry in the car. When unfolded and extended, the telescopic saw is 3 metres 60, allowing you to reach a cutting height of approximately five metres. The Longboy weighs only 1.95 kg and is therefore manageable for a long time. The telescopic stick is equipped with renewed reinforced locking buttons. At the bottom of the telescopic stick a large rubber is placed so that damage to the stick, due to knocks on the ground, is greatly reduced. The Longboy is a very handy and functional telescopic stick saw, with all the unique features of a real Silky, usable for both professional and private use.

The Silky saw is designed to cut with the pulling movement, so the saw blade cannot bend. If your saw does get stuck, never push or force it hard, this can damage or break the saw blade. Always remove the clamping weight to free the saw.

The Silky saw gives a fine cut and requires little cutting power. Do not stress the saw; let the saw do the work. You will tire less quickly and it will benefit the life of the saw. You can slightly control the saw's wood removal by the place where you hold the handle. If you hold the handle close to the blade, there will be relatively little pressure on the blade and the saw will cut the least amount of wood, allowing you to cut very carefully and finely. If you hold the handle at the end of the blade there will be the most pressure on the blade so that the sawing action can be maximal.
