The 3M Peltor Optime III hearing protector has been specially developed for high noise levels and combines effective protection with optimum wearing comfort. The black caps have an attenuation value of SNR = 34 dB. The high level of protection of the Optime III is based on the innovative double-shell technology that minimises resonance within the hood and ensures maximum attenuation of high frequencies. The advantage: conversations and warning signals can still be heard. In addition, an acoustic connection between the inside of the hood and the space between the scales provides optimum bass attenuation.

The soft, wide foam sealing rings ensure a perfect fit. The large space under the hoods minimises heat build-up and sweat formation and offers pleasant wearing comfort. The two-point suspension made of stainless steel ensures consistently low clamping pressure, even during prolonged use. The bracket is variably adjustable and, thanks to its ergonomic design, adapts perfectly to any head shape.
