Petzl Chicane

The Chicane is an SRT solution that makes it possible to use the Zigzag or Zigzag Plus on single rope.

• To be used in conjunction with Petzl Zigzag or Zigzag Plus.
• 2 friction pins for extra braking
• Side plate to be opened
• Double unlocking
• For lines with Ø 11.5 mm up to 13 mm

Thanks to the friction of the two friction pins there is extra braking when descending, the friction pins are replaceable.

The side plate can be opened for quick and easy installation on the line. The double release limits the possibility of accidentally opening the side plate.

The Chicane can be placed on the top eye of the Zigzag by means of a Petzl AM'D or Petzl OK carabiner new model with H-profile.
