Our professional plastic winch rope from Dyneema. The rope with an extremely long lifespan!

Super rope, stretched and treated with a newly developed impregnating and lubricant, this rope has a very low expansion and is very flexible and weighs nothing in relation to steel wire.

Information on the use of plastic ropes

• Extremely light: only 8.64 kg for 80 metres with a cable diameter of 14 mm.
• Much easier to install than comparable steel wire rope
• Hardly any constriction on the cable drum due to the protruding unwind
• No risk of injury from broken steel wires
• Easy to split, with a welding tube and some practice
• Ropes that are too short or broken can continue to be used by a reciprocal weld
• Residual cables do not have to be thrown away unused
• No cracked, loose bends on the rope drum like the steel rope
• Only use rolls according to the principle "cable thickness x 10 = roll diameter" (line of 10mm needs a pulley of at least 10cm).
• If plastic rope is used, Pulleys and cable entry must be burr-free.
• Mechanical cable entry and exit rollers must be disassembled
• Suitable for manure removal systems
