The blade is made of laminated VG10 steel, where the edge is made of our now well-known VG10 steel and the sides consist of hard, stainless 420J2 steel. This combination is definitely the best, because all conceivable and desired properties such as resilience, resistance to torsion and edges, durability are combined in one knife.

The handle consists of specially selected os-hide: unfortunately a material usually overlooked by manufacturers, but it gives a sure and firm grip. As the years pass, the leather takes on an attractive brown color. It is not affected by oil and solvents and is impervious to water. Dryness may cause glints on the handle, but they disappear when the knife is oiled.
