Petromax Atago Insert Grill Plate

The Atago Insert is a cooking accessory for the Atago Griddle, it allows you to grill with direct flame contact and develop the grill marks that impart flavor to your vegetables, meat or fish. Furthermore, you can place a Dutch oven, skillet or percolator directly over the flames and the insert ensures that food stays safely on the plate.

The insert can be placed either in the center of the grill or on the cooking support.
The insert can be easily lifted out of the plate with BBQ tongs to add charcoal or wood through the opening.
