In the GARDENA Valve Box V3, three 24 V irrigation valves (Order No. 1278-20) or three 9 V irrigation valves (Order No. 1251-20) can be installed underground. The water supply can be supplied from three sides. The telescopic threaded connection makes mounting and removal of the valves very easy. The junction box is waterproof and a 24 V cable can easily and neatly be connected. The centre drain cap allows the manifold to be emptied prior to the first frost period of the season. The cover can be locked for the safety of children. The GARDENA Valve Box V3 has an external thread of 1".

The GARDENA 24 Volt Irrigation Valve is required for operation of the GARDENA Irrigation Module 4040, 4030 and 6030 (Order No. 1276-20, 1283-20, 1284-20) and the Comfort Expansion Module (Order No. 1277-20).
But a more modern solution is the Gardena Smart Irrigate control 24 Volt! (19032-20) Then you can manage your water points in the Gardena App. There is a 1" (25mm) female thread for connection. Here you can easily attach the Gardena quick connectors with 25mm male thread! If required, the valve can be opened or closed manually; in this way, irrigation can be started or stopped independently of the automatic irrigation control. A self-cleaning filter is integrated for uninterrupted operation. The GARDENA 24 V Irrigation Valve operates with an operating pressure of 0.5 to 12 bar.

The Gardena motors work on all other 24-volt brands of home automation systems as well, but then an inverter will often have to be placed in between!
