Okatsune Cuttingscissors 307 Hard Stems

The Okatsune 307 is a very light and razor-sharp cutting shear with a short jaw (1 cm shorter than the 304). The shears are specially designed for cutting harder (woody) stems such as when cutting, harvesting and thinning vegetables and fruit. The pointed, extremely thin blades (2.3 mm) allow you to reach even the tightest spaces, such as when thinning grapes, pears or apples.

Maintenance:

The scissors are constructed of only a few parts so that little maintenance is required. It is recommended to clean the blades after use. After cleaning, it is wise to oil the scissors and store them moisture free with the blades closed. If you notice that the scissors are cutting less well, you can sharpen them with the Okatsune whetstone (Okatsune 412).
